At ARKA by Utkalio, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small boutique property.
Cancellation Policy
30 Days or More Before Check-in
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount paid.
15 to 29 Days Before Check-in
Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount paid.
14 Days or Less Before Check-in
No refund will be applicable.
No Show Policy
In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice), the entire booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
Early Departure
No refund will be provided for unused nights in case of early check-out or early departure.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and banking channels.
Date Modification
- Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and management approval.
- Any difference in room rates for revised dates may be applicable.
Special Dates & Peak Periods
During festivals, long weekends, special events, and peak travel periods, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Peak Season & Festival Bookings
Bookings made during peak travel periods, festivals, long weekends, public holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Rath Yatra may be subject to special cancellation policies.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, reservations during these periods shall be considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
Guests are advised to carefully review the applicable booking terms before confirming their reservation during such periods.
