General Guidelines
- Please help us keep the rooms and common areas clean and tidy.
- Kindly maintain a peaceful atmosphere and keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.
- Please respect the privacy and comfort of fellow guests staying at the property.
- Books, décor pieces, artworks, and other items in the common areas are for everyone’s enjoyment. Please do not remove them without permission.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Housekeeping
- Housekeeping services are available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- For any cleaning requests or additional amenities, please contact Reception during these hours.
Kitchen Usage
- Guests using the kitchen or kitchenette are requested to leave it clean and tidy after use.
- If additional cleaning is required, a ₹500 cleaning charge may be applied.
Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol in common areas are strictly prohibited.
Visitors Policy
Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval from the management.
Property Care
- Please switch off lights, air-conditioning, fans, and electrical appliances when not in use.
- If any item is damaged, broken, stained, or lost during your stay, the management reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement.
Safety & Security
- Any illegal activities, substance abuse, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification during check-in.
- ARKA by Utkalio shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Jacuzzi Usage (Mahodadhi Suite)
- Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
- Do not use oils, bath salts, bubble bath, or chemicals in the jacuzzi.
- Kindly use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Children should use the jacuzzi only under adult supervision.
