Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ARKA by Utkalio.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
- The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of incorrect information, policy violations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
Payment Policy
- Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
- Full payment must be completed as per the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
- Applicable taxes and charges will be added as per government regulations.
Guest Conduct
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests:
- Noise levels should be kept low after 10:00 PM.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol in common areas are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities, substance abuse, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval.
Property & Damages
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and property in good condition during their stay.
- Any damage, loss, or breakage caused by guests may result in repair or replacement charges.
- The management reserves the right to assess and recover the cost of such damages.
Kitchen & Jacuzzi Usage
- Guests using kitchen facilities are requested to leave them clean after use. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
- Jacuzzi facilities must be used responsibly and according to the provided guidelines.
Housekeeping
- Housekeeping services are available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Service requests outside these hours may not be available.
Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- ARKA by Utkalio shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the stay.
Photography & Commercial Shoots
- Personal photography is welcome.
- Commercial photography, videography, influencer shoots, or content creation activities require prior approval from management.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the website.
Right to Refuse Service
ARKA by Utkalio reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay, or remove any guest whose behaviour violates these Terms & Conditions, disturbs other guests, or poses a risk to the property.
Changes to Terms
ARKA by Utkalio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
