Thank you for choosing ARKA by Utkalio as your shooting location. To ensure a smooth experience for both creators and our guests, we kindly request you to follow the guidelines below:
Before the Shoot
• Before your arrival, we would appreciate it if you could briefly share the type of content you are planning to create at the property. This helps us understand your requirements and ensure the shoot aligns with the atmosphere and guest experience at ARKA.
Property & Guest Respect
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests staying at the property. • Do not capture other guests, staff members, or their belongings without consent. • Loud music, excessive noise, or activities that disturb guests are not permitted.
Property Care
• Furniture, décor items, books, artworks, and accessories should not be moved without prior permission. • Any damage to the property, furniture, décor, or equipment during the shoot will be chargeable. • Please leave all spaces in the same condition as they were provided.
Content Guidelines
• Content should align with the cultural, respectful, and family-friendly environment of ARKA. • Vulgar, offensive, illegal, political, or controversial content is strictly prohibited. • Any content that may negatively portray the property, Odisha’s culture, or fellow guests is not permitted.
Equipment & Setup
• Use of large lighting setups, drones, smoke machines, generators, confetti, glitter, or similar equipment requires prior approval. • Electrical equipment should be used responsibly to avoid damage or safety hazards.
Timing
• Shooting activities should be conducted between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM unless approved by management. • Common areas may be used only if they do not interfere with guest operations.
House Rules
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol in common areas are strictly prohibited. • All standard ARKA house rules remain applicable during the shoot.
Management Rights
• ARKA by Utkalio reserves the right to stop or cancel any shoot that violates these guidelines or disturbs guests and property operations.
